About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will strengthen our sales team operationally while also further developing our digital presence.
  • Support and advise our existing customers and distribution partners
  • Active dealer acquisition and support in expanding our sales network
  • Preparation and follow-up of quotations
  • Operational support for the Head of Sales
  • Maintenance of customer and sales data in the ERP system
  • Coordination with production, purchasing and logistics
  • Support in planning and implementing sales initiatives
  • Creation of content for our social media channels
  • Management and development of our social media presence
  • Planning and implementing campaigns in coordination with sales
  • Support for product communication, launches and promotions
  • Monitoring performance and deriving optimizations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Experience in inside sales, customer service or operational sales
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of proactive customer outreach
  • Affinity for social media, content creation and digital communication
  • Confident and sensible use of AI in everyday work
  • Structured, independent and reliable working style
  • Confident user of MS Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
  • Team spirit, commitment and a pragmatic hands-on mentality
