Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's Degree plus 12 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or related field
  • Preferred fields of study: business, science, or related field
  • Advanced degrees or relevant certifications may be considered as a plus
  • Demonstrated success in analyzing complex data and delivering measurable business impact
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong business acumen and ability to build data-driven business cases
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly for executive-level audiences
  • Deep understanding of biotech/pharma landscape and market dynamics
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com
  • Strong relationship building abilities across internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities
  • Ability to travel up to 40-70% as required by position
