About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner, coach, and change agent to global business and functional leaders
  • Collaborate with the Talent Platform, HR Business Partners, and business leaders
  • Develop and support forward-thinking strategies for talent management, organizational development, performance management, succession management, and career development
  • Use data and people metrics dashboards to identify gaps in talent attraction and management
  • Support continuous improvement of talent and business capabilities and influence change in talent strategies
  • Lead core Talent Management processes and process improvement projects supporting annual HR processes
  • Drive consistent talent management mechanisms to identify and develop top talent, manage succession pipelines for critical roles, and track measures of success
  • Translate strategic priorities into innovative talent actions and solutions that advance attraction, motivation, development, and retention
  • Listen and communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
  • Advise business leaders on talent management strategies in the context of business objectives
  • Advise on solutions that enhance leadership skills and accountability and drive talent development
  • Use data to evaluate development solutions and make necessary adjustments
  • Build partnerships with site, HR, and business leaders to guide talent activities, shape culture, and drive employee engagement
  • Establish an organizational network promoting core, common, and consistent activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field required
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • PHR/SPHR and other professional certification desirable
  • 5 years of comprehensive HR experience in a global environment
  • Prior experience as a business partner preferred
  • Expertise in implementing business and change programs and processes that yield positive results
  • Proven results partnering within a matrix and with HR COE partners to reach consensus and achieve favorable outcomes
  • Broad knowledge of human capital practices and HR domain expertise, including performance review processes, performance management, succession management, recruiting, and onboarding
  • Proficient critical thinking and analytical skills, regularly turning data into insights and action
  • Outstanding project management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Effective consultation skills with the ability to influence leaders
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and act with a high level of tact and composure
  • Skilled in cultivating and developing professional relationships with leadership, subordinates, and peers
