About the role

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Provide technical expertise across the sales cycle
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical support teams

Requirements
What you’ll need- BS degree required
- Advanced degree preferred
- Preferred fields of study: Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience, ideally in technical sales for scientific instrumentation, laboratory products, or technical bench work in life sciences
- Deep technical knowledge of assigned product portfolio and applications
- Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and customer requirements
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
- Ability to travel 50% within the assigned territory
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift/move equipment as needed
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape
- Experience delivering technical demonstrations and training
