About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide tactical support for client-facing clinical and non-clinical laboratory projects
  • Manage and support project performance, with emphasis on financial management and client communications
  • Monitor all aspects of designated clinical/non-clinical trial protocols throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure overall project performance and client satisfaction by meeting client needs and expectations
  • Consult laboratory management, technical staff, and support teams on clinical trial management
  • Monitor budgets, revenue forecasting and recognition, and contract modification submissions
  • Coordinate review of data transfer agreements and data transfer requests
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and timelines for data transfers
  • Understand protocol language and translate it into internal systems and processes
  • Identify and escalate risks to project timelines and financial objectives
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and process improvements
  • Provide internal consultation on project management issues and identify efficiency opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
  • 3 to 8 years of comparable experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Superior time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Competence in Microsoft Suite applications, including Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Demonstrated compliance with procedures and policies
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with client information and data
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively in a stressful environment
  • Ability to work effectively with multi-level teams
  • Experience identifying and resolving conflicts in a professional environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday, approximately 8 AM–5 PM
  • Occasional travel to site locations and occasional domestic travel may be required
