About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Use handheld RF scanners and mobile apps for replenishments, stock rotation, cycle counts, order entry, returns, and backorder processing
Receive and inspect shipments, scan and store items, and maintain accurate inventory records
Respond to customer interactions primarily by email, follow up by phone, and assist internal partners
Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to implement workflow improvements
Follow safety and organization standards and wear required PPE
Monitor stock levels and flag gaps or issues to prevent operational impacts
Use pushcarts and forklifts to move materials
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent required
2–3 years of customer-facing, retail stocking, warehouse, or inventory-control experience
Confident using RF handheld scanners or mobile scanning apps
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, especially via email
Friendly, solution-focused approach
Detail-oriented, accountable, self-starter able to work in a team
Able to lift 30–40 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Able to use pushcarts and forklifts to move up to 100 lbs
Willing and able to work in laboratory, warehouse, office, cold-room/freezer, and hazardous-material environments
Ability to wear required PPE
Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug test
Successful completion of customer-mandated screening, credentialing, or badging requirements
Overtime may be necessary
