About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Use handheld RF scanners and mobile apps for replenishments, stock rotation, cycle counts, order entry, returns, and backorder processing
- Receive and inspect shipments, scan and store items, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Respond to customer interactions primarily by email, follow up by phone, and assist internal partners
- Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to implement workflow improvements
- Follow safety and organization standards and wear required PPE
- Monitor stock levels and flag gaps or issues to prevent operational impacts
- Use pushcarts and forklifts to move materials
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2–3 years of customer-facing, retail stocking, warehouse, or inventory-control experience
- Confident using RF handheld scanners or mobile scanning apps
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, especially via email
- Friendly, solution-focused approach
- Detail-oriented, accountable, self-starter able to work in a team
- Able to lift 30–40 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Able to use pushcarts and forklifts to move up to 100 lbs
- Willing and able to work in laboratory, warehouse, office, cold-room/freezer, and hazardous-material environments
- Ability to wear required PPE
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug test
- Successful completion of customer-mandated screening, credentialing, or badging requirements
- Overtime may be necessary
