About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Influence commercial success, providing an outstanding opportunity for career growth and visibility within our commercial and sales operations organizations
- Work closely with internal customers and current team members to implement sales strategies and achieve business goals
- Support sales incentive compensation for North American Laboratory Products field sales teams
- Involvement in sales compensation plan design for team members who are eligible under the Sales Incentive Plans (SIP)
- Review monthly incentive compensation payouts, revenue adjustments and performance
- Involvement in month-end reporting and preparation of revenue data reports for monthly review
- Ensure accurate data quality and maintenance in the Sales Data Warehouse and Xactly Incent
- Help coordinate the Sales Rep Product/Channel responsibility matrix, ensuring accurate implementation and documentation of changes
- Support the Sales Territory Management process, including territory mapping and documentation
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and insights to the teams you support
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS degree in finance, accounting or a related business field (MBA a plus)
- Minimum of 3+ years of increasingly responsible business experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Support, or Financial Analyst Role supporting cross-functional teams
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Cognos (or equivalent data warehouse tool), Xactly Incent (or equivalent compensation management tool), and PowerPoint are a strong plus
- Ability to travel to corporate events as needed
