About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As HR Director within LED you will be a strategic business partner to the VP Global Operations and their team, supporting organizational success through effective people strategies.
  • Working closely with senior leadership, you'll translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives that help build and retain a talented, diverse workforce.
  • You'll guide organizational development efforts across global teams, facilitate change management, and cultivate an inclusive culture built on our 4i values (Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement).
  • This position requires a thoughtful approach to talent management, using data-driven insights to enhance business capabilities while maintaining a positive workplace culture.
  • You'll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on complex HR matters, from performance management to organizational design, supporting business growth through effective people strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in comprehensive HR experience in large multinational organizations, with demonstrated success as a senior HR business partner
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field PHR/SPHR or other professional HR certifications desirable
  • Demonstrated success of implementing large, complex change management initiatives in both US and Europe.
  • Ability to translate business strategies into effective HR solutions and organizational actions
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions including talent acquisition, total rewards, organizational development, and employee relations
  • Business acumen with ability to link HR strategies to business outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to advise and coach senior leaders
  • Travel up to 20% internationally as needed.
