About the role
- Manage IT procurement and ensure budget alignment
- Maintain records and resolve discrepancies
- Support IT finance and management while staying updated on technologies
- Collaborate with IT finance and department heads for evaluations
- Purchase IT equipment and expedite delivery
- Maintain accurate IT dashboards related to purchase orders
- Obtain quotes from suppliers and manage overages
- Reconcile variances and investigate discrepancies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
- Previous experience (0 to 2 years) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Basic knowledge of finance
- Basic experience working with one or more ERP platforms
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
