About the role

  • Own end to end success of the project/program, ensuring accountability, execution of timelines, and continuous change management to deliver on-time, quantitative and qualitative results
  • Ensure that all project/programs are delivered within scope and budget
  • Develop project/program scopes and objectives, involving all relevant cross-functional leadership and ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Establish relationships within the company to successfully complete projects through effective communication with collaborators
  • Identify and handle interdependencies, risks, issues, and actions, facilitating decision-making related to complexities through effective risk management strategies
  • Develop detailed project/program plans to track progress and action logs
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project/program documentation and prepare reports for leadership

Requirements

  • 8+ years of project/program management and team leadership experience with proven track record in successfully leading project/programs from start to finish required
  • Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in a life science or business-related field) PhD & MBA preferred
  • Project Management certification highly desirable (PMP, Agile, etc.)
  • PPI/Lean/Six Sigma Certification a major plus
  • Showed strength in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
  • Experience managing project/program budgets (CAPEX & OPEX) over $500k
