Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 12–15+ years of integrated communications leadership, including financial communications and experience supporting senior executives
- Proven success elevating communications functions, building alignment in matrixed organizations, and reaching diverse audiences
- Outstanding abilities in planning, developing stories, and handling challenges
- Proficient understanding of science, technology, and finance
- Outstanding storytelling, writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to hire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
