About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and evolve the EMEA Returnable Drum Program strategy
  • Drive program standardization and coordinate between cross-functional partners
  • Lead cross-functional teams through development, testing, and commercialization
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and stay current on sustainability packaging trends

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 5+ years of product management, program management, or supply chain experience
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
  • Experience working in a matrixed, multinational organization
  • Prior experience in packaging sustainability, returnable assets, or logistics preferred
  • Fluency in one or more European languages is a plus
