About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and evolve the EMEA Returnable Drum Program strategy
- Drive program standardization and coordinate between cross-functional partners
- Lead cross-functional teams through development, testing, and commercialization
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and stay current on sustainability packaging trends
- Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive presentations
- Track and communicate program KPIs and escalate critical issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years of product management, program management, or supply chain experience
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Experience working in a matrixed, multinational organization
- Prior experience in packaging sustainability, returnable assets, or logistics preferred
- Fluency in one or more European languages is a plus
