About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure all activities are executed in compliance with company good practices and client requirements
- Participate in and support department project teams
- Coordinate or serve as a liason cross-functionally
- Provide financial support to Project managers
- Analyze data and manage budgets for the project teams
- Maintain a traceability of finances associated with clinical trial projects performed by the department globally
- Track indirect/pass through costs associated to clinical trial projects
- Provide reports per project to manager summarizing financial status of each project
- Prepare quotations/budgets for any unplanned/out of scope work
- Complete initial resource allocations in the ERP system
- Handle Centralized Processing of Purchase requisitions (PRs)
Requirements
What you’ll need- High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years)
- Intermediate English and good communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
- Good analytical skills and ability to work on issues of a diverse and confidential nature
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
