About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical support and training for analytical and scientific solutions
Collaborate with sales teams and customers to deliver demonstrations, applications support, and training
Serve as a scientific advisor, helping customers optimize their workflows
Build relationships with customers to maximize the value of their investments
Conduct product demonstrations and troubleshoot complex software issues
Work with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, R&D, and product management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience with relevant analytical instrumentation and applications
Preferred Fields of Study: Biochemistry, Materials Science, Molecular Biology, or related discipline
Demonstrated expertise in technical problem-solving and method development
Clear written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
Strong presentation and training capabilities for both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a results-oriented environment
Experience in project management and ability to handle multiple priorities
Willingness to travel up to 60-80%, France, Switzerland, Portugal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant scientific software
Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external customers
Fluent English required; additional language as Portuguese is a plus
Valid driver's license and passport required for travel
