About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical support and training for analytical and scientific solutions
- Collaborate with sales teams and customers to deliver demonstrations, applications support, and training
- Serve as a scientific advisor, helping customers optimize their workflows
- Build relationships with customers to maximize the value of their investments
- Conduct product demonstrations and troubleshoot complex software issues
- Work with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, R&D, and product management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience with relevant analytical instrumentation and applications
- Preferred Fields of Study: Biochemistry, Materials Science, Molecular Biology, or related discipline
- Demonstrated expertise in technical problem-solving and method development
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong presentation and training capabilities for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a results-oriented environment
- Experience in project management and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel up to 60-80%, France, Switzerland, Portugal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant scientific software
- Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external customers
- Fluent English required; additional language as Portuguese is a plus
- Valid driver's license and passport required for travel
