About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop the vital competencies and experiences needed for a career as a Finance leader

Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor’s degree between December 2026 – June 2027 in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related field
- 1+ years of Finance-related work experience (i.e. work experience, internships, case competitions, etc.)
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of influencing others, leading initiatives, driving results, and creating positive impact
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and solve complex problems
- Evidence of grit, resilience, and perseverance when facing challenges
- Strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and an innovative mindset
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Geographic mobility and flexibility required to pursue future career opportunities
