Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor’s degree between December 2026 – June 2027 in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related field
1+ years of Finance-related work experience (i.e. work experience, internships, case competitions, etc.)
Proven leadership experience with a track record of influencing others, leading initiatives, driving results, and creating positive impact
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and solve complex problems
Evidence of grit, resilience, and perseverance when facing challenges
Strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and an innovative mindset
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence
Geographic mobility and flexibility required to pursue future career opportunities
