About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join our Talent Acquisition team at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you'll contribute to attracting qualified talent to help advance our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
- As a Recruiter III, you'll serve as a strategic talent advisor, managing full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across business units.
- You'll collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
- This role offers the opportunity to shape our talent strategy while representing our culture of integrity, intensity, innovation, and involvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced Degree plus 3 years, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or corporate environments
- Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems, with Workday knowledge preferred
- Strong expertise in sourcing strategies including Boolean search, direct sourcing, and social media recruiting
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple business functions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint for metrics and presentations
- Excellent stakeholder management and consultation skills at all organizational levels
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities to drive insights and decision-making
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required
- Additional language skills beneficial (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Mandarin)
- Proven track record of building relationships and influencing through collaboration
- Experience with metrics tracking, dashboard creation, and data-driven recruiting insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong project management and process improvement capabilities
- Experience representing company at recruitment events and career fairs
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
