About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support growth through technical sales expertise and customer relationship management
- Provide sophisticated technical guidance while promoting our innovative chemical portfolio to academic, pharmaceutical, biotech, and industrial customers
- Work closely with sales teams and customers, deliver effective value propositions, conduct product demonstrations, and provide comprehensive application support
- Help customers advance their research and manufacturing capabilities while contributing to the mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of technical sales experience or equivalent laboratory/industry experience
- Preferred Fields of Study: Chemistry, Biochemistry
- Deep technical expertise in relevant scientific applications and workflows
- Strong presentation and consultation skills for delivering technical product demonstrations
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and relevant technical software
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities
- Ability to travel 50-75% of time to customer sites and events within defined geography
- Experience developing and maintaining strategic customer relationships
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
- Self-directed with ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting abilities
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with scientific advances
