About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide initiatives that drive business transformation and operational excellence
- Oversee complex, cross-functional projects from inception through delivery
- Focus on transitions, process improvements, system implementations, and change management programs
- Work with stakeholders across the organization to support portfolio goals
- Build and develop teams while implementing best practices and fostering innovation
- Promote continuous improvement aligned with the mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience managing complex programs and project initiatives
- Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Engineering, Science or related field
- Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile) highly desirable
- 2+ years of people management experience leading cross-functional teams
- Project management capabilities with expertise in standard methodologies and tools
- Stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels
- Experience in process improvement and change management
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans while managing multiple priorities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with agile project management practices
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Written and verbal communication skills in English
- Financial acumen and budget management experience
- Ability to influence in a matrix environment
- Experience in presenting to and engaging with leadership
- Facilitation and negotiation skills
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Ability to travel up to 25% as required
- Industry-specific experience (pharmaceutical, biotech, or scientific instruments) preferred
