About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Join our collaborative team as a Sales Operations Supervisor
  • Guide and support a team while managing important projects
  • Oversee end-to-end management of sales operations
  • Ensure seamless coordination between different functions and departments
  • Implement process improvements and analyze sales performance
  • Develop strategic initiatives that enhance commercial excellence
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead quality control processes and ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals and contracts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Masters Degree preferrable
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or similar role
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Professional certifications in Project Management are valued
  • Strong knowledge of RFP/tender administration and contract management
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (particularly Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies
  • Strong understanding of contractual documents and business operations
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for leading teams and collaborating across functions
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering quality results
  • Fluency in English required; additional language skills are advantageous
  • Very little travel required.
  • Experience working in matrix organizations and leading global teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
