About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join our collaborative team as a Sales Operations Supervisor
- Guide and support a team while managing important projects
- Oversee end-to-end management of sales operations
- Ensure seamless coordination between different functions and departments
- Implement process improvements and analyze sales performance
- Develop strategic initiatives that enhance commercial excellence
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead quality control processes and ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals and contracts
- Optimize workflows and foster operational excellence across the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Masters Degree preferrable
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or similar role
- Preferred Fields of Study: Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Professional certifications in Project Management are valued
- Strong knowledge of RFP/tender administration and contract management
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (particularly Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Experience with process improvement methodologies
- Strong understanding of contractual documents and business operations
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills for leading teams and collaborating across functions
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering quality results
- Fluency in English required; additional language skills are advantageous
- Very little travel required.
- Experience working in matrix organizations and leading global teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
