About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the client relationship and on time delivery of program objectives.
- Oversee the coordination and management of a program by monitoring program/project status, adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Act as the primary liaison between the client, business development, and the project team.
- Works closely with laboratory management to ensure that the project deliverables meet customer expectations and financial commitments.
- Negotiates and makes real-time decisions with the client.
- Drives compliance to company and project management standards across departments.
- Provides internal consulting on project management issues and identifies opportunities for process and efficiency improvement.
- Facilitate routine client facing meetings and attends internal meetings.
- Responsible for client project prioritization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 7+ years) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.
- Strong science and/or business acumen
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Proven analytical skills
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Project Management
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to work effectively with multi-level teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced undefined environment
- Strong negotiation skills.
