Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable analytics solutions
Create intuitive dashboards and visualizations
Deliver reporting that improves operational and business performance
Transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights
Design, build, deploy, and maintain reporting and dashboards for internal users and external customers
Support development and execution of the BI roadmap aligned to business priorities
Ensure data quality and integrity across data warehouse and BI platforms
Proactively identify and resolve scalability, performance, and optimization issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related role
Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline preferred.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Power BI, SQL, data analytics) are a plus
Advanced to expertise level proficiency in SQL Server, Power BI, and advanced Excel
Experience building complex reports in Power BI with strong dashboard development and report automation capabilities
Python skillsets is a plus
Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline development
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or life sciences industries a plus.
