About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage operational processes for the sales team
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities
  • Ensure accurate data management within Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Oversee opportunity workflows and support client engagement logistics
  • Maintain compliance with internal processes to drive efficient sales execution
  • Enter and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and new sales opportunities in Salesforce (SFDC), tracking progress through the full lifecycle to award
  • Partner with Legal to coordinate the review, processing, and oversight of contractual documents, including MSAs, amendments, and other agreements
  • Manage and coordinate high-priority authorizations, ensuring timely handling and escalation when necessary
  • Develop and maintain reporting and tracking mechanisms for sales opportunities within SFDC

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, coordination, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong business understanding and knowledge of contract terms/processes
  • Experience preparing and reviewing client-facing documents and proposals
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline reporting
  • Ability to build reports and dashboards within Salesforce
  • Skilled in managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to accomplish assigned goals.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
  • Self-directed with ability to work independently and as part of a team
