About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage operational processes for the sales team
- Coordinate cross-functional activities
- Ensure accurate data management within Salesforce (SFDC)
- Oversee opportunity workflows and support client engagement logistics
- Maintain compliance with internal processes to drive efficient sales execution
- Enter and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and new sales opportunities in Salesforce (SFDC), tracking progress through the full lifecycle to award
- Partner with Legal to coordinate the review, processing, and oversight of contractual documents, including MSAs, amendments, and other agreements
- Manage and coordinate high-priority authorizations, ensuring timely handling and escalation when necessary
- Develop and maintain reporting and tracking mechanisms for sales opportunities within SFDC
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in sales support, coordination, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong business understanding and knowledge of contract terms/processes
- Experience preparing and reviewing client-facing documents and proposals
- Familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Ability to build reports and dashboards within Salesforce
- Skilled in managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to accomplish assigned goals.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
- Self-directed with ability to work independently and as part of a team
