Lead the strategy, vision, and execution of flagship digital capabilities
Define and deliver scalable, user-centric digital solutions for Analytical Services Division
Align product roadmaps with business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree in healthcare, life sciences, computer science, business, or related field preferred
Previous product management experience delivering complex digital software solutions
12+ years’ experience in clinical research, laboratory services, life sciences, or other regulated industries
2+ years of people leadership experience
Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to drive digital innovation
Deep understanding of full product lifecycle management
Prior experience with laboratory operations and systems (LIMS, ELN)
Proven success leading cross-functional teams in large, matrixed organizations
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience applying AI/ML concepts within data-intensive environments preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
