About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and direct a team of project managers, systems specialists, and design professionals to manage print-on-demand label operations for the Filtration & Separation Division
- Responsible for the deployment & administration of a global labeling solution for the division
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with global operations
- Provide leadership for a global systems platform for the division
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in operations or related fields
- Preferred Fields of Study: Packaging Engineering, Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Related scientific discipline
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standards
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for process improvement initiatives
- Advanced communication skills for interfacing with internal teams and external customers
- Experience with print-on-demand labeling solutions, with a preference for Loftware solutions
- Proven track record in implementing cost-saving and efficiency improvements
- Ability to develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
- Experience with change management and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to drive operational excellence
- Strong understanding of packaging and labeling processes, materials, and industry requirements
- Experience with documentation and SOP compliance in regulated environments
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
