About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and direct a team of project managers, systems specialists, and design professionals to manage print-on-demand label operations for the Filtration & Separation Division
  • Responsible for the deployment & administration of a global labeling solution for the division
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with global operations
  • Provide leadership for a global systems platform for the division

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in operations or related fields
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Packaging Engineering, Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Related scientific discipline
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standards
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for process improvement initiatives
  • Advanced communication skills for interfacing with internal teams and external customers
  • Experience with print-on-demand labeling solutions, with a preference for Loftware solutions
  • Proven track record in implementing cost-saving and efficiency improvements
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
  • Experience with change management and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to drive operational excellence
  • Strong understanding of packaging and labeling processes, materials, and industry requirements
  • Experience with documentation and SOP compliance in regulated environments
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
