Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field is required
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree preferred
6+ years’ experience in Supply Chain management, Inventory management and SIOP process
Experience in leading projects throughout a wide function/region and in driving continuous improvements with a disciplined approach
Expertise leading a cross-functional SIOP process; proficiency in demand forecasting, capacity, supply, and inventory planning
Relevant experience in the Life Science or Medical Device industry preferred
APICS certification preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green / Black Belt Certification preferred
