About the role

- Manage field service operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving business objectives.
- Develop and implement service strategies, oversee installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in technical service operations or related industry.
- Additional technical certifications are beneficial.
- 5+ years of demonstrated management experience leading field service teams.
- Experience managing multi-million dollar P&L responsibility.
- Proven experience developing and implementing service strategies to drive growth and operational excellence.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or PPI.
- Knowledge of scientific instrumentation, laboratory environments, or regulated industries preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and passport required.
- Additional language skills preferred.
