Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters.
Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates from our OneForma pool.
Craft compelling job advertisements.
Collaborate with the Global Sourcing, Vendor Management and CTA teams.
Manage the entire recruitment process from application tracking to onboarding.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and metrics.
Gather and analyze feedback to propose improvements to processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a recruitment or talent acquisition setting, focused on on-site data collection projects.
3+ years of experience on managing teams.
Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contingent workers.
Strong understanding of the AI industry and related roles (a plus).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in creating and managing recruitment dashboards.
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
