Director, AI Change Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape and execute the strategy for people-centric transformation as the organization adopts AI-first processes and digital tools.
- Lead a team of specialists and collaborate with business and technology leaders to drive adoption, sustainment, and proficiency of transformational change across the enterprise.
- Embed early in initiatives, co-design future state processes, and be accountable for business process change and adoption outcomes.
- Lead the design and execution of enterprise AI, automation, and data transformation programs.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to influence and coach sponsors.
- Own change communications and training strategy, ensuring understanding of new ways of working.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of specialists aligned to specific functional areas.
- Define and track change success metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise program management, digital transformation, change leadership, or large-scale technology initiatives.
- Proven track record of leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives involving technology deployment, process redesign, and organizational shifts.
- Demonstrated success in driving large-scale adoption of digital solutions (preferably AI, data, and automation platforms).
- Formal Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, ACMP, or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong digital fluency and experience working with digital and technology teams; comfortable with AI-enabled tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with complex enterprise environments (matrix organization context).
- Prior experience enabling adoption of AI, automation, or advanced technology solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and drive culture change.
