About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Shape and execute the strategy for people-centric transformation as the organization adopts AI-first processes and digital tools.
Lead a team of specialists and collaborate with business and technology leaders to drive adoption, sustainment, and proficiency of transformational change across the enterprise.
Embed early in initiatives, co-design future state processes, and be accountable for business process change and adoption outcomes.
Lead the design and execution of enterprise AI, automation, and data transformation programs.
Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to influence and coach sponsors.
Own change communications and training strategy, ensuring understanding of new ways of working.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of specialists aligned to specific functional areas.
Define and track change success metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
8+ years of experience in enterprise program management, digital transformation, change leadership, or large-scale technology initiatives.
Proven track record of leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives involving technology deployment, process redesign, and organizational shifts.
Demonstrated success in driving large-scale adoption of digital solutions (preferably AI, data, and automation platforms).
Formal Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, ACMP, or equivalent) preferred.
Strong digital fluency and experience working with digital and technology teams; comfortable with AI-enabled tools and data-driven decision-making.
Experience with complex enterprise environments (matrix organization context).
Prior experience enabling adoption of AI, automation, or advanced technology solutions.
Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and drive culture change.
