Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and develop a team of Outreach Community Partners across active US markets
Own participant recruitment pipeline and drive team performance
Partner with stakeholders to ensure participant supply meets project demand
Assign markets/projects based on individual strengths and priorities
Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment
Drive outreach across multiple channels and identify demographic gaps
Maintain and report team performance records and pipeline updates
Lead onboarding of new team members with tools and training

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent in English — required for all team and stakeholder communication
Professional written and verbal communication; represents Centific credibly across all levels
2+ years direct people management with a track record of coaching and driving results
3+ years in recruitment, community outreach, or talent acquisition with a record of hitting pipeline targets
Strong team-building skills; able to unify a distributed, diverse team
Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel); comfortable with digital outreach platforms and open to AI-assisted tools
Creative problem solver who navigates ambiguity and decides under time pressure.
