Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma required
Minimum of five (5) years of executive administrative experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of executive assistant experience supporting senior leadership
Demonstrated success supporting senior executives in a multinational company
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Strong capability in executive-ready PowerPoint
Proven ability to communicate proactively and escalate issues early
