Requirements
- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, OR Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in data analytics, with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Spotfire, Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and database design
- Expertise in ETL processes and data pipeline development
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing analytics strategies
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations and logistics
- Experience with predictive modeling and advanced analytics
- Proven record of transforming complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading and mentoring analytics teams
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels
- Record of implementing improvement initiatives
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Business insight with focus on delivering measurable results
- Ability to work effectively in a complex environment
- Travel may be required up to 25%
