About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and collaborate with Product Managers to drive cost saving initiatives forward
Drive projects to successful completion, both independently and in cross-functional collaboration
Assist in strategic initiatives across the existing portfolios and NPIs to accelerate revenue growth and enhance overall profitability
Partner with Product Managers to execute successful product launches
Collaborate with Product Engineering, Quality, Operations and Commercial teams to ensure timely execution of key initiatives
Report on progress of initiatives, proactively identifying risks, challenges, and opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree is required.
2+ years of Project Management, Product Management, or Quality experience in the life sciences industry
Bioproduction industry experience preferred
Strong project management skills
Strong understanding of quality management systems and tools (e.g. change control) preferred
Experience working with customers and commercial teams strongly preferred
