About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build business management bench strength (locally and globally), attracting, engaging, and developing a high-performing team
Develop, maintain, and manage business management tools and templates and use automation where possible
Audit the team to ensure the standard ways of working, tools, and templates are consistently used
Works closely with other leaders across the GMP BU (Commercial Finance, Operations, Sales Operations) to continue to improve our processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 10+ years)
5+ years of management responsibility
Proven leadership skills
