About the role
- Build business management bench strength (locally and globally), attracting, engaging, and developing a high-performing team
- Develop, maintain, and manage business management tools and templates and use automation where possible
- Audit the team to ensure the standard ways of working, tools, and templates are consistently used
- Works closely with other leaders across the GMP BU (Commercial Finance, Operations, Sales Operations) to continue to improve our processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 10+ years)
- 5+ years of management responsibility
- Proven leadership skills
