About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead strategic partnerships and support enterprise-level growth for Thermo Fisher Scientific by managing key customer relationships and complex commercial initiatives
  • Serve as the primary interface between strategic partners and Thermo Fisher, developing and implementing account strategies that leverage our full portfolio of innovative solutions
  • Guide Account Management Teams to deliver exceptional customer value while ensuring operational excellence, quality standards, and financial targets
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers while collaborating across divisions to increase market presence and profitability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of experience in enterprise-level account management, with 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success in revenue growth through strategic account management and complex contract negotiations
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills to assess business opportunities and manage P&L
  • Excellent relationship building abilities at executive/C-suite level with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience leading and developing teams in a matrix environment
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic account plans
  • Proficient in project management, budgeting, forecasting and resource planning
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for customer meetings and site visits
  • Additional language capabilities preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Experience creating collaborative team environments aligned with company values
