About the role
- Lead strategic partnerships and support enterprise-level growth for Thermo Fisher Scientific by managing key customer relationships and complex commercial initiatives
- Serve as the primary interface between strategic partners and Thermo Fisher, developing and implementing account strategies that leverage our full portfolio of innovative solutions
- Guide Account Management Teams to deliver exceptional customer value while ensuring operational excellence, quality standards, and financial targets
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers while collaborating across divisions to increase market presence and profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of experience in enterprise-level account management, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Demonstrated success in revenue growth through strategic account management and complex contract negotiations
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills to assess business opportunities and manage P&L
- Excellent relationship building abilities at executive/C-suite level with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience leading and developing teams in a matrix environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic account plans
- Proficient in project management, budgeting, forecasting and resource planning
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements
- Ability to travel up to 50% for customer meetings and site visits
- Additional language capabilities preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM systems
- Experience creating collaborative team environments aligned with company values
