About the role
- Lead and manage end-to-end testing projects including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, QA, and operations teams to ensure testing milestones and quality standards are met.
- Work onsite in the testing lab environment to support hardware/software testing activities.
- Collaborate with China-based offshore teams to align on testing plans, schedules, and deliverables.
- Facilitate clear communication across global teams and stakeholders.
- Track testing progress, identify risks or issues early, and drive solutions proactively.
- Ensure documentation, test reports, and project updates are maintained accurately.
- Support continuous improvement of testing processes and workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software testing, hardware testing, or QA project management.
- Strong project management and execution mindset with a hands-on attitude.
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Comfortable working in a testing lab environment.
- Bilingual in Chinese and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Experience collaborating with offshore teams in China.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
