About the role

  • Administers daily financial management of complex contracts and/or strategic partnership accounts
  • Performs cash flow and variance analysis for assigned projects
  • Leads review and delivery of trackers, financial tools, dashboards, and technical solutions
  • Provides consultation, financial guidance, and support to operations management
  • Coordinates to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections
  • Provides decision-making support to management regarding revenue, gross profit, and risks
  • Interacts with leadership through database extracts, datasets, tools, models, data analysis, and dashboards
  • Identifies and recommends improvements to forecasting and reporting processes
  • May manage internal/external client relationships for assigned accounts/projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, etc.
  • Previous experience providing knowledge and skills to perform the job (8+ years)
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting and financial principles, programs, trends and best practices
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen with understanding complex organizational structures and environments
  • Advanced level of skill in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience with SharePoint / VBA / SQL / Power BI / RPA (2+ years)
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and complexity
  • Demonstrated executive presence and strong presentation skills
