About the role

  • Lead and execute assigned projects, as well as collaborate with other project managers on initiatives within the broader transformation program
  • Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines and deliverables using appropriate project management methodologies
  • Employ fit-for-purpose delivery methodologies and structured change management practices to support program success
  • Partner with functional leaders and stakeholders to plan and execute change management strategies, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities
  • Resolve complex issues and manage critical path processes as they relate to project delivery
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, actions and decisions – own the escalation process for critical issues and drive mitigation strategies
  • Influence key program stakeholders and ensure successful implementation across workstreams and business groups
  • Facilitate recurring program meetings and cross-functional working sessions
  • Document and communicate the status, outcomes and value realization of projects
  • Gather project information and ensure clear communication of meeting outcomes (risks, issues, actions and decisions)
  • Review project deliverables to ensure timely completion of milestones
  • Develop and manage change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and adoption tracking
  • Support development of communication materials, training plans and leadership updates to enable successful transformation
  • Manage regular reporting cadence and ad-hoc reporting including leadership reports and presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably business related
  • Project Management/Sigma/Kaizen certification desirable
  • Formal change management training such as PROSCI or equivalent methodology strongly preferred
  • 5 plus years’ experience managing complex, global programs and project initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives and organizational change
  • Experience in Finance operations (OTC, PTP, FA, Inventory) or Customer Service is preferred
  • Systems implementation is a plus
