About the role
- Lead and execute assigned projects, as well as collaborate with other project managers on initiatives within the broader transformation program
- Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines and deliverables using appropriate project management methodologies
- Employ fit-for-purpose delivery methodologies and structured change management practices to support program success
- Partner with functional leaders and stakeholders to plan and execute change management strategies, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities
- Resolve complex issues and manage critical path processes as they relate to project delivery
- Identify and manage risks, issues, actions and decisions – own the escalation process for critical issues and drive mitigation strategies
- Influence key program stakeholders and ensure successful implementation across workstreams and business groups
- Facilitate recurring program meetings and cross-functional working sessions
- Document and communicate the status, outcomes and value realization of projects
- Gather project information and ensure clear communication of meeting outcomes (risks, issues, actions and decisions)
- Review project deliverables to ensure timely completion of milestones
- Develop and manage change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and adoption tracking
- Support development of communication materials, training plans and leadership updates to enable successful transformation
- Manage regular reporting cadence and ad-hoc reporting including leadership reports and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably business related
- Project Management/Sigma/Kaizen certification desirable
- Formal change management training such as PROSCI or equivalent methodology strongly preferred
- 5 plus years’ experience managing complex, global programs and project initiatives
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives and organizational change
- Experience in Finance operations (OTC, PTP, FA, Inventory) or Customer Service is preferred
- Systems implementation is a plus
