About the role

  • Coordinate and facilitate MA&EG Indication Meetings including in person meetings as needed.
  • Develop agendas, capture action items, distribute minutes, and ensure timely follow up across stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized team communication channels and ensure consistent dissemination of relevant materials.
  • Build and manage project timelines, trackers, dashboards, and documentation to ensure visibility and timely execution.
  • Manage operational oversight for IEGPs and other strategic medical plans to ensure delivery of MA&EG Asset and Indication objectives, goals, strategies, measures (OGSM).
  • Drive collaboration and cross functional execution and ensure alignment on indication deliverables.
  • Participate in Beyond Budgeting cycles with indication teams, contributing to forecasting and ongoing financial tracking for relevant projects.
  • Assist with operational and resource allocation assessments to drive efficiency and informed decision making.
  • Support planning, logistics, and execution for KOL engagements, advisory boards, and scientific external interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, documentation standards, and meeting requirements.
  • Provide operational oversight of vendors supporting key initiatives, ensuring scope adherence and quality delivery.
  • Serve as a point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Maintain team repositories, folders, shared drives, and distribution lists to support collaboration and transparency.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of project management experience in distinct phases of development, in different disease areas, preferably post approval phase, phase 4 and real world evidence studies.
  • At least 5 years of Program Management experience in a Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment, preferably cross-cultural and on global project teams.
  • Advanced degree (Master or PhD) in health-related discipline or equal by experience.
  • Strong project management skills; broad exposure to Medical Affairs process; advanced planning experience with Project Management Tools. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills (English primary fluency or full professional proficiency).
