About the role
- Provides high-quality medical and scientific writing from planning through delivery of final drafts to clients
- Serve as primary author who writes and provides input on routine medical documents
- Review routine documents prepared by junior team members and provide training and mentorship
- Ensure compliance with quality processes and requirements for assigned documents
- Represent the department at project launch meetings and review meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification; Advanced degree preferred
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).
- Equivalent of 3-years working experience in the independent review of promotional medical collateral as part of a Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) Team or Promotional Review Committee
- Strong background in Veeva PromoMats and related PRC CRM-based platforms.
- Must demonstrate excellent data interpretation, medical writing, and project management skills.
