About the role
- Design end-to-end multilingual AI and localization solutions tailored to enterprise clients.
- Combine platform capabilities with human-in-the-loop services and workflow design.
- Identify where AI automation enhances efficiencies and where human expertise drives value.
- Partner with Sales early in opportunity qualification to shape realistic and differentiated offers.
- Translate client needs into clear solution frameworks for R&D and Production.
- Establish frameworks for solution design and reusable architectures.
- Develop standard playbooks for AI + localization hybrid solutions.
- Influence product roadmap based on real client use cases.
Requirements
- 8+ years in solution architecture, localization operations, AI platforms, or enterprise services.
- Experience combining technology with professional services.
- Strong understanding of localization workflows, language operations, or global content pipelines.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments (Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations).
