About the role

  • Drive eBusiness revenue growth and enhance customer experience.
  • Lead the development and execution of the regional eBusiness strategy across EDI Integration, Webshop, and Hosted Catalogues.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and internal teams.
  • Drive customer onboarding and manage communication between stakeholders.
  • Develop pricing strategies and ensure consistent achievement of ePO and revenue growth targets.
  • Deliver training programs and provide subject matter expertise to support all eBusiness channels.

Requirements

  • A minimum B.Sc. degree in a scientific or business discipline required.
  • Proven track record in Sales, Business Development, or eBusiness role.
  • Experience influencing across a highly matrixed environment with demonstrated results.
  • Experience in industry, academia, clinical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology research, or laboratory sales preferred.
  • Experienced in managing complex, high-value accounts in a matrix environment.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently with initiative and sound business judgment.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent data analysis and marketing capabilities to support business decision-making.
  • Technical and working knowledge of customer procurement systems and practices including B2B and B2C.
  • Ability to perform in a demanding environment with aggressive project timelines.
  • Fluent in English and German.
