About the role
- Drive eBusiness revenue growth and enhance customer experience.
- Lead the development and execution of the regional eBusiness strategy across EDI Integration, Webshop, and Hosted Catalogues.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and internal teams.
- Drive customer onboarding and manage communication between stakeholders.
- Develop pricing strategies and ensure consistent achievement of ePO and revenue growth targets.
- Deliver training programs and provide subject matter expertise to support all eBusiness channels.
Requirements
- A minimum B.Sc. degree in a scientific or business discipline required.
- Proven track record in Sales, Business Development, or eBusiness role.
- Experience influencing across a highly matrixed environment with demonstrated results.
- Experience in industry, academia, clinical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology research, or laboratory sales preferred.
- Experienced in managing complex, high-value accounts in a matrix environment.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills across all organizational levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills, both written and oral.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently with initiative and sound business judgment.
- Strong planning, organizational, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Excellent data analysis and marketing capabilities to support business decision-making.
- Technical and working knowledge of customer procurement systems and practices including B2B and B2C.
- Ability to perform in a demanding environment with aggressive project timelines.
- Fluent in English and German.
