About the role
- Lead and grow a globally distributed team of AI Solutions Engineers
- Drive the technical execution of scalable, high-performance AI annotation workflows
- Coach engineers on best practices, architecture fundamentals, and delivery maturity
- Own stakeholder relationships across product, engineering, and delivery teams
- Translate business needs into actionable engineering plans and outcomes
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for performance, security, and scalability
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement in tooling and workflow design
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership
- Deep understanding of human-in-the-loop systems and annotation tooling
- Strong organizational leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to influence without authority
- Comfortable operating independently in different region/time zones
- Excellent communicator with strategic thinking and execution focus
- Strong experience with AI/ML systems
- Familiarity with data pipelines and scalable engineering practices
