About the role
- Lead assigned project(s)/workstreams within the broader Kinaxis transformation program.
- Work cross-functionally with supply chain SMEs, business analysts, and IT to define requirements, design processes, and deliver functional capabilities
- Help facilitate adoption of Kinaxis by coaching users on how the platform can replace existing manual or non-standard practices to drive efficiency and hard savings
- Coordinate and participate in solution testing, user acceptance, training, and documentation efforts
- Track milestones, issues, and deliverables; communicate progress and escalate risks when needed
- Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, timely delivery of project components
- Promote consistent planning processes across multiple ERP systems (SAP, Baan, Oracle, etc.) using Kinaxis to ensure value is delivered and people/processes are transformed
- Assist in the creation of SOPs, training content, test scripts, and communication materials
- Act as a key enabler of change management by supporting user onboarding, education, and troubleshooting
- Other roles and responsibilities as needed or directed by the Program Manager or Transformation Director.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, IT, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, either as a planner or implementer
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or project management within manufacturing or life sciences
- Knowledge of planning domains including MRP, supply planning, forecasting, and SIOP
- Experience in project-based environments with exposure to implementation lifecycle, testing, and training
- Kinaxis Contributor or Author Certification preferred
- APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or PMP certification is a plus
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or other planning tools (Blue Yonder, O9, etc.) is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with ability to simplify complex technical content for diverse audiences
- Self-starter mindset with attention to detail and ability to execute under tight timelines.
