About the role
- Forecast, track and identify resource allocation needs
- Support efficient utilization and forecasting of labor needs
- Lead weekly resourcing needs meetings and distribute reports
- Maintain project module in the system
- Evaluate resource requests with other areas
- Coordinate and track CVs as needed
- Liaise with internal departments for prioritizing resource needs
- Undertake special projects for ongoing improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Previous experience of 2+ years in a similar role
- Knowledge of project resourcing and forecasting
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- Effective problem solving and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of relational databases and report generation
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
