About the role

  • Assessing, estimating and managing the delivery of the functional aspects of ERP enhancements and projects
  • Providing break/fix support of existing business functions
  • Acting as a liaison for the business teams for all ETO supported ERP environments
  • Collecting and effectively using data to deliver continuous improvement
  • Partnering with the Architecture team to design new solutions to meet business requirements
  • Preparing functional specifications for conversions and enhancements
  • Coordinating with the development team and monitor the progress of developing activities

Requirements

  • Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or Management Information Systems plus 5 years of experience in systems analysis, business requirements gathering, and solution design
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of ERP Project Execution/management experience with focus on the financial aspects of SAP and all the integration aspects with logistics and sales
  • Worked both on Finance and Controlling modules of SAP Finance including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Banking and Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Cost Controlling, on the Controlling side
  • Ability to set expectations, explain and champion detailed technical concepts to peers, management and business partners
  • Ability to translate details into specific tasks needed to accomplish a task or solve a problem
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Advanced project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate information to both technical and non-technical staff and management
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving complex environment
  • Proven ability to navigate the technology environment and work effectively with multiple groups around the globe
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and relevant technical tools
  • Experience with ITIL processes and change management
  • Strong negotiation/persuasion and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
  • Ability to guide team members and provide technical leadership
  • Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial
