Role: Sr. Manager, Commercial Enablement and Effectiveness for US - remote
Location: Fully Remote; Remote, North Carolina, USA; role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in US
Division: Clinical Research Division
Mission: craft and deliver impactful enablement and training for commercial personnel; develop sales training strategy, programs; partner with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations
Responsibilities: enable and train newly hired commercial personnel; develop messaging, territory planning, internal systems, process information, and selling skills; develop enablement/training programs; coordinate global commercial meetings

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Experience: Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 7+ years)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Digital literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office, virtual training delivery platforms, and various learning design and development software
Experienced in developing and delivering enablement and training on services, and solutions in a collaborative and cross-functional global environment, with an understanding of the user perspective
Proficient in using oral presentation and written communication skills to inform and influence strategic decisions and outcomes
Close attention to detail to deliver high quality work within project timelines
