About the role
- Lead a team to provide business and analytical support for the Customer and Commercial Excellence (C&CE) teams
- Provide direct business partnership to President, C&CE and his Leadership Team
- Support the 4 distinct teams within C&CE: Corporate Accounts, Customer Experience, Customer Marketing, and Global Financial Services
- Lead the financial and business processes for C&CE teams including: monthly close, quarterly business reviews, annual operating plan and program account selection
- Establish and improve performance metrics to assist with business evaluation and decision-making
- Oversee corporate-wide incentive program
- Lead end to end deal modeling, incentive structure, approval process, and accounting support
- Monitor Marketing creative shared service model to ensure staffing is aligned with business demand
- Evaluate annual billable rate: benchmark against external services and market services to improve utilization across the enterprise
- Partner with Financial Services to strategically leverage the balance sheet to increase share gain opportunities while managing the risk profile to ensure collections are timely
- Recruit, retain and develop high-performing Finance professionals
- Provide leadership, coaching and career development
- Drive and foster relationships with divisional colleagues
- Remove barriers to execution across processes and drives alignment across organization to accomplish commercial goals
- Drive finance strategy for Customer and Commercial Excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other relevant area; MBA preferred
- At least 10+ years of progressive finance experience; previous supervisory experience required
- Advanced analytical capabilities with proven financial modeling skills utilizing MS Excel, Power BI and Hyperion Financial Management & Planning
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of the organization
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment and work cross-functionally
- Eye toward continuous improvement with a successful track record of optimizing processes
- High level of integrity and ethics, strong business acumen, and well-developed analytical skills
- Hands-on high-energy style with focus on results
- Demonstrated ability to coach and lead others to a high standard of performance
