About the role

  • Support growth through technical sales expertise and customer relationship management
  • Provide sophisticated technical guidance while promoting innovative product portfolio to academic, pharmaceutical, biotech, and industrial customers
  • Work closely with sales teams and customers to deliver effective value propositions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide comprehensive application support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of technical sales experience or equivalent laboratory/industry experience
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Bioengineering or related scientific field
  • Deep technical expertise in relevant scientific applications and workflows
  • Strong presentation and consultation skills for delivering technical product demonstrations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English; additional languages as needed
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and relevant technical software
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities
  • Ability to travel 50-75% of time to customer sites and events
  • Experience developing and maintaining strategic customer relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
  • Self-directed with ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting abilities
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with scientific advances
