About the role

  • Analyze global market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities and drive product differentiation
  • Coordinate forecasting, aligning market needs with commercial, R&D, and operations teams to ensure accurate supply
  • Collaborate closely with R&D to define long-term strategies, product roadmaps, and customer-focused developments
  • Lead new product development, conduct Voice-of-Customer research, define requirements, and provide business justification for product launches and improvements
  • Develop global product launch plans, including market segmentation, commercialization, competitive analysis, and pricing strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences required; MBA or relevant product management experience a plus
  • 4+ years in product management or related experience required; preferably in the IVD space
  • Expertise in histocompatibility and immunogenetics and HLA antibody detection highly desired
