About the role
- Collect, analyze, document, and validate needs of internal collaborators and external customers
- Establish and document user flows
- Elicit business requirements from users and experts
- Lead mapping of business processes and service design blueprints
- Assist in operational product rollout
- Collaborate with UI/UX to ensure design alignment
- Conduct user acceptance testing
- Advance AI-driven initiatives to enhance customer capabilities
- Track adoption metrics and usage analytics
Requirements
- BA/BS in STEM or Business
- Demonstrable experience in product development/management or business analysis
- Experience with Agile methodology, writing capabilities, features, requirements and user stories
- Skilled in conducting discovery interviews
- IT systems integration or e-business (preferred)
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) (preferred)
- Atlassian tools knowledge (preferred)
