About the role

  • Collect, analyze, document, and validate needs of internal collaborators and external customers
  • Establish and document user flows
  • Elicit business requirements from users and experts

Requirements

  • BA/BS in STEM or Business
  • Demonstrable experience in product development/management or business analysis
  • Experience with Agile methodology, writing capabilities, features, requirements and user stories
  • Skilled in conducting discovery interviews
  • IT systems integration or e-business (preferred)
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) (preferred)
  • Atlassian tools knowledge (preferred)
